Two Clowns, And a steering wheel that turns around! Hmm?
An arena 100 meters x100 meters with orange plastic fencing all around is not a safe arena. And it means the organisers had not taken a blind bit of notice to the rider (our requirements). It made me angry.
My old mate Jez Avery turned up having driven from Glasgow. He was in agreement re arena. We still put our shows on regardless, having faith in our own abilities, skills and a desire to perform.
I made it very clear to the organisers what could happen if they continue to use this kind of fencing with acts of our kind… i.e. the show will go out of business if there was an accident.
Two great shows, audiences were fabulous. Jez’s show is packed with loads of skill and is very enjoyable to watch. It was lovely to see and work with him. Our business is full of such great camaraderie.
